How I wish there were $ (room?) to move it back-ward on the lot.

Like the Jones, we have a beautiful building w/a beautiful 'garden'. The whole town could take these as examples (& replicate). We need more 'pocket parks' throughout the town. Each 'village center' could be one, 4 or 5 smaller throughout the surrounding areas.

As a builder this is my favorite period of arch. ('80s - '30s). When asking the Librarian on my 1st visit when this was built I hada laugh. I pegged it in this era and she told me I was 5 yrs off exact date. I think K/R has a good proposal. Like the garden - I bet we could side this structure appropriately (closer blend w/other) thru citizen's participation if cost is prohibitive.
